What is Craftscollection.in's returns policy?
If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. The possible resolution could be Replacement, Refund, backed by the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
After validating your return request over the phone we will send you an email authorizing a return.
Refunds are made as follows:
- If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a cheque.
- If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
- Please Note: will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged/shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
It can take up to 15 days for you to receive your refund.
How do I return an item purchased on Craftscollection?
Create a Returns Request online by going to the My Returns section of Craftscollection.in
Please provide Order no & return ID details.
We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.
What is the pickup process? Why I have been asked to ship the item?
Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
Mention the Return ID on the package so that we can acknowledge your return.
Can I return a part of my order?
Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.
I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund?
Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.
If I return a product on my own do I get back the shipping charges?
Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed Rs 100/- towards shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven't. What do I do?
We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process so please check for the last update from us in your email.
What is Free Replacement?
If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. We will review the product and will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your craftscollection.in account. If you wish to receive a refund instead, please send an email with the following details from your registered email address.
- Order Number
- Bank Name
- Account Holder Name
- Bank Account Number
- Branch Address
- IFSC Code
All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
